WCC Sabong Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on WCC Sabong. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, mobile number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. WCC Sabong reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

All deposits to your WCC Sabong account must be made using your own verified payment method. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment processor, which is typically instant for e-wallet methods.

Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱).

WCC Sabong does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder is a violation of these Terms and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed for compliance.

• Deposits from unverified accounts may be held pending KYC completion.
• WCC Sabong does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• WCC Sabong reserves the right to reject a deposit if there is reason to believe the funds originate from unlawful activity.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment method registered and verified under the same account holder's name. WCC Sabong does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for fully verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed fastest. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank may take one to two business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before processing any withdrawal, WCC Sabong may require the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC). This includes providing a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not an obstacle.

All bets placed on WCC Sabong are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming. WCC Sabong will not reverse a confirmed bet due to user error, including incorrect selection of team, event, or stake amount.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to each market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing. These limits may be adjusted by WCC Sabong at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment before completion, the following applies:

• Pre-match bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• In-play bets will be settled based on the portion of play completed, in accordance with the specific sport's rules.
• Outright or tournament bets remain active unless the entire competition is cancelled.

WCC Sabong reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical error, human mistake, or corrupted data feed. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

Bonuses and promotions offered by WCC Sabong are subject to specific terms attached to each individual offer. These include wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of any bonus before accepting it.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on WCC Sabong:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WCC Sabong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or winnings due to technical failures, network outages, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Loss resulting from delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to secure your login credentials.

WCC Sabong's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

WCC Sabong reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward WCC Sabong staff or other players.
• At the request of regulatory authorities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method after a standard security review.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the WCC Sabong platform — including bet settlements, bonus terms, or account issues — please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
